Love this and no monthly fee can save to your phone picture or video

I purchased refurbished and was a bit concerned, setup took a bit of patience but well worth it. I love knowing whos at my door at all times. Day or night and I love the two way voice. I would recommend getting a memory sd card as it only saves a short time without it. I purchased an sd card and installed it today and now I can see back from the time it was installed when the motion detector started recording.

Great customer service

Installing the doorbell was fairly easy and for about a month it worked great. Then, it seemed like it could not detect that the batteries were installed and charged. It was like the batteries were dead, however I charged the batteries using a battery charger and when they would not work with the doorbell I plugged the doorbell into a USB charger (which should also charge the batteries). While connected to the USB charger the doorbell worked fine, but as soon as I disconnected the USB charger (with charged batteries installed) the doorbell went dead. I messaged the seller of this issue and he gave me an immediate full refund.

Super easy to setup

I just got done setting 4 of these up in less than 20 minutes. It is super easy to install. I love that I am able to see what is going on at home from work and have set it up to share the video across multiple devices so I will always be able to see who's at my door. Pretty freaking sweet.

No need for a RING!

This works just as well as more expensive options. Detects all motions, battery lasts a very long time (surprisingly). You do have to have the app open in the background to get alerts. Can be hung with hardware or adhesive, which is great for renters.
