It seems to be helping with my insomnia so far

Ok, so this is could be beneficial only because of a placebo, affect, but I saw it on a Tiktok, and figured why not? When you have debilitating insomnia, you'll try pretty much anything. I've used it 3 nights in a row, and all three nights, I've been asleep in under 45 mins, and have been able to get back to sleep fairly quickly, by turning it back on when I wake. My only gripe is that the wrist grip is a lil tight (and I'm a woman), and without having it on your wrist, it easily gets lost in the sheets, and NOTHIN' will wake you up like rooting around in the sheets for 20 mins trying to find your sleep aide device. If you're in a situation where you can gamble with 30 bucks give or take, it's def worth a shot IMHO.

    Yes try it.

Used it first tonight. I held it in my right hand and normally it takes me a full hour to get comfortable and fall asleep. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and struggle with pain which makes falling and staying asleep difficult. I will awake because of pain. Tonight I fell asleep within ten minutes!!! And stayed asleep till my dog woke me to go out for a Pee break. I an a skeptic esp when it comes to drug free gadgets. I took a chance and am thus far VERY happy. I hope this will help when traveling becomes possible again. Typically my first night in a new place I go without much sleep because of anxiety and pain. This gives me a useful tool to try and get to sleep quicker. Also I tend to mentally and energetically hit the wall around 1pm and I work until 3pm so I an going to take the ChillPill to work and try holding it my left hand for energy and focus. Fingers crossed. It will be tough as I take copious notes and am left handed.TL;DR? Product effective. I struggle with chronic pain, this helped get me to sleep. Asleep within 10minutes vs the normal 1hour toss n turn.Cheers!

    Better than meds!

I was very skeptical at first but figured I'd try it for both my anxiety and insomnia. It has actually helped. I had to play around with the setting to find what worked for me and the specific issue I was dealing with at the time...that was a bit frustrating but that's on me NOT the product. Everyone is different and every issue is different...just be patient while you figure it out.
