Love this for home use. Steam is not always consistent sometimes comes out in a little more strength and temp, but isnt that big of a deal for me. Puts off an amazing amount of steam for a long time with one tank.Also have used the towel heating feature and is amazing for when I want a small hot towel at home. That was part of the reason I ordered this version and it was worth it.I have seen an almost immediate result in my skin condition. Made extractions easier and was removing all leftover makeup and impurities.I apply lots of serums and creams at night time and my face felt fuller and plumper, like the steaming made the absorption of my serums better and my skin had never felt better.I am now a religious steamer and my face is happy about it.
Steam gets pretty hot! Which is great! Just adjust your distance from the orifice. I use this every night before i go to bed before i put on my potions and lotions. Also GREAT to have in the cubicle if you have congestion, or use as a humidifier for dry air in the winter. I haven't used the tools it comes with though.Another great feature is the duration it lasts for - about 30 minutes straight and the overall form factor is quite compact. I highly recommend this!
I love this thing! I've only been using it for three days but I think its already helping my cystic acne. I like to steam for a bit, extract, steam again, and while still steaming, wipe my face with something antibacterial like orange blossom water. Then, while staying close to the steamer to keep my pores open, I apply a homemade mix of argan oil, rose hip and calendula essential oils. My face is clearing right up!
I bought this steamer about a year ago and I LOVE IT! I suffer from blackheads all over my face but especially worry about the ones I get around my lips. I wasn't able to get them out without hurting the sensitive skin there until I got this steamer to help get those lil nasties out. But almost better than the product are the people behind the scenes. I made a stupid decision and accidentally melted the water reservoir - when I emailed the company not only did they respond within a couple of hours, they replaces the part for free! I recommend 10000%
I dropped and broke my original face steamer (different model) so this time I upgraded to this one to try the added feature of having the towel warmer. This unit is a little bigger than my previous one but holds more water so has a longer steam cycle. It actually works to warm my face towel AND steam my face at the same time which is nice. Just note that it does get very hot. The towel is extremely hot when removing it and you have to be careful not to get your face too close to the steamer when using. Not a big deal....just be aware. My daughter and I are both having terrible acne breakouts and we steam our faces almost every day. We both love it and love how it makes our face feel. I do think it helps to clear up our skin but by no means a miracle cure. I have yet to find that for my cystic acne!
