I love this thing! I work 12 hour shifts and my feet spasm really bad. This has helped so much in the past week. It has different intensity and heat levels. I like a super deep massage and this managed to hit everything I need. Definitely the best thing I've bought recently I highly recommend if you have aching feet like me! The only thing I don't like is where the controls are because I keep hitting them with my feet but I guess I can try flipping it the other way and it would probably work out better.
Most relaxing now has my work day come with this piece of artistry! If you have feet problems and sit at a desk all day then this is a must buy! Use it all day... For me 12 hours... And you will not regret it! Just buy it!

I have fallen arches and wear tennis shoes most of the time or im supposed to wear heels and arch supports. Being home for over a year I dont wear shoes too often or for too long so my feet have been killing me. This little device massages the heck out of my feet and I love it. I can hear my feet crack but in a good way. There is some heat but to be honest I can't even tell- i feel it- because the pain relief is all I feel. It runs for about 10 minutes I think at a time (may be more but under 20 so 15) and then automatically shuts off.Got it on sale on one of the Prime Days so great buy.I didnt get a remote but I operate it with my big toe so convenient for me :-)
I had pretty low expectations for this and it has far exceeded them! Wow! Used for the first time last night and the difference is incredible. Used on feet and back and it really does an amazing job. My husband tried also and worked great for him as well. I had minor ongoing sore feet and back pain it completely erased both. My husband has heel pain and that was immediately gone also after 15 mins of use. Highly recommend!
